WisdomSpace Co., Ltd. processes only the personal information reasonably necessary to operate Euclid's Elements, including authentication and viewing-history features.
1. Personal information processed and purposes
Registration and login
Name or display name, email address, account identifier, password-authentication information in non-plain-text form, login session information, and security-related information may be processed.
Content viewing history
The Service stores the page path and title viewed by a member, first-viewed time, last-viewed time, and view count. It does not currently store separate scores, achievement levels, or learning-completion percentages.
Security and service operation
Technical connection information may be processed by the authentication system or hosting infrastructure to maintain sessions safely and prevent abnormal access.
2. Purposes of use
Information is used for member identification, login persistence, account security, recent-content history, service troubleshooting, fraud or abuse prevention, and service stability. The current Service is not designed to sell member information or use it for third-party advertising marketing.
3. Retention
Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by applicable law. Account deletion removes account-associated viewing history as part of the service deletion process, subject to legally required retention.
4. Third-party provision
The company does not sell or arbitrarily disclose personal information to third parties. Exceptions may apply where disclosure is required by law or separately authorized by the user.
5. Service providers and infrastructure
The Service uses cloud infrastructure and authentication/database technology to provide hosting, sessions, and data storage. Information may be processed within those systems only to the extent necessary to provide and secure the Service.
6. Cookies and sessions
Authentication cookies or similar session technologies are used to keep members signed in and to protect account access. Disabling essential cookies may prevent login from functioning correctly.
7. User rights
Members can review their account and request account deletion from My Page. Requests concerning access, correction, deletion, or other privacy matters can be directed to the privacy contacts below.
8. Deletion
When the processing purpose has ended and no further retention is required, personal information is deleted using the procedures of the relevant electronic storage systems.
9. Security measures
The Service uses server-side secret management, session-based access control, member-only protection for learning content, request limiting on authentication APIs, and cloud database access controls appropriate to the current service scope.
10. Privacy contacts
This policy reflects the current free account, authentication, and viewing-history functionality. It should be reviewed again if payment, advertising, AI, or materially different data processing is added.
