Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of the “Euclid's Elements” service provided by WisdomSpace Co., Ltd. through EUCLID LAB, and set out the basic rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the company and its members.

2. Service and members

The “Service” includes Euclid's Elements, mathematical explanations, problems, visualizations, and related learning content provided through the website. A “Member” is a person who creates an account and uses the Service after agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

3. Registration and account management

Members should provide accurate information and keep their login credentials secure. Account theft, unauthorized use of another person's account, and attempts to bypass service security are prohibited. The company may terminate sessions or restrict access when reasonably necessary for security.

4. Use of the Service

The Service is currently provided without a separate usage fee. Content, functions, or screen layouts may change, and parts of the Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. Material changes will be announced through the Service when reasonably possible.

5. Viewing history

For member convenience, the Service may store which content pages a member viewed, together with first-viewed time, last-viewed time, and view count. This is a simple viewing history for returning to recently used content, not a score, assessment, or completion-percentage system.

6. Prohibited conduct

Members must not disrupt the Service, attempt unauthorized access, collect other users' information, introduce malicious code, automate excessive requests, or use the Service in violation of applicable law.

7. Content and intellectual property

Regardless of the rights status of classical source texts, rights in original translations, explanations, problem designs, visualizations, graphics, UI, and software code independently created by the company or other legitimate rights holders remain with those rights holders. Content carrying a separate source or license notice is governed by that notice.

8. Educational nature of the Service

The Service is intended for educational and general-knowledge purposes. It does not guarantee school grades, examination results, academic certification, or any particular learning outcome.

9. Service interruption and liability

The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of natural disasters, network or cloud failures, security response, maintenance, or other circumstances reasonably outside the company's control. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Withdrawal

Members may request account deletion through My Page. Associated account information and viewing history are handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.

11. Changes to these Terms

The company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law. Material changes will be announced in advance through the Service, together with their effective date and principal changes.
